Every piece is unique and handled with the utmost care.
United Kingdom
• Shipping is quoted and arranged on an individual basis after purchase.
• Within 24 hours of your order we will contact you with accurate quotes from our specialist antique couriers (most mainland deliveries are two-man, white-glove, and delivered into the room of your choice).
• Delivery lead time: 5–14 working days from receipt of payment, depending on size, fragility, and location.
• Shipping must be agreed and paid before the item leaves us.
Our Own Delivery Service
• For local or selected areas we may deliver personally using our own vans and team.
• You will be asked to inspect the item on arrival. Please do not accept or sign for the piece if you are not fully satisfied.
Local Collection – Free (TN12 6PY)
• Collection from our workshop/showroom in Kent is always welcome and free of charge.
• Available by prior appointment Monday–Saturday.
• Full inspection is possible before you take the item away — once collected, the sale is final.
International Shipping
• We ship worldwide. Please contact us before purchasing for an accurate quote and to discuss customs requirements.
Important Notes
• All items are professionally packed and fully insured in transit. We retain photographic evidence of condition and packing.
• Risk passes to you once the item is handed to the courier, collected in person, or signed for on our own delivery.
