Terms of Service – Dancache Decorative Vintage Modern Antiques

Welcome to Dancache.co.uk. By browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1.  Nature of Goods
All items offered for sale are vintage, antique, or pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. They may show signs of age, wear, restoration, or previous repair. We describe and photograph each piece as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Condition reports are available on request.

2.  Prices & Payment
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the laying away or holding items only once a non-refundable deposit has been received. Full payment (including any agreed shipping) is required before dispatch or collection.

3.  Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is arranged individually. Quotes are provided after purchase and must be accepted and paid before dispatch. Please see our separate Shipping Policy for full details. Risk passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier or collected in person.

4.  Collection
Free collection from our premises in TN12 6PY is available by prior appointment. Items must be collected within 14 days of payment unless otherwise agreed.

5.  Cancellations & Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order and receive a full refund (including the original purchase price, but excluding return shipping costs).

•  The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

•  Large furniture and extremely fragile items may only be returned if collected by us at your expense.

•  Bespoke, customised, or specially ordered items are non-returnable.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.

6.  Accuracy of Description
While we take great care to describe items accurately, minor discrepancies (e.g., exact shade variations, small marks not visible in photos) do not constitute grounds for return. We are always happy to supply additional photographs or information before purchase.

7.  Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.

8.  Intellectual Property
All content on this website (photographs, text, styling) is owned by or licensed to Dancache Decorative Vintage Modern Antiques and may not be used without written permission.

9.  Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.  Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
